Low-VOC Modified PP Material for Automotive Interiors

Low-odor modified PP material. By adding mineral fillers and toughening agents, and adopting liquid injection, double-vacuum stripping/devolatilization technology, and a negative-pressure circulating drying and deodorizing system, the material achieves a low-odor rating of ≤3.0, with TVOC below 0.5 mg/m³. While meeting low-odor requirements, it offers balanced overall mechanical properties, with modification technologies including scratch resistance, UV resistance, high/low-temperature resistance, laser marking and glass-fiber reinforcement. It can be widely used for instrument panels, door panels, glove boxes, HVAC blower housings and engine compartment parts.
