High-performance SmFeN Motor Magnetic Strip
HIGA high-performance SmFeN motor magnetic strip, used in high-speed motors and low-power motors. Uses rare-earth samarium-iron-nitrogen (SmFeN) as the main body with CPE as the primary binder, calendered and cut to shape. With high-frequency high-voltage magnetization equipment, it achieves a 20%-30% performance improvement over ordinary ferrite motor magnetic strips.

Highlights
CPE is a chlorinated polyethylene elastomer, a saturated specialty rubber-plastic base. Flexible motor magnetic strips are made from SmFeN + strontium ferrite magnetic powder + additives through internal mixing, calendering and magnetization, and are the mainstream magnetic material for traditional home-appliance motors (fans, blenders, water pumps, small DC motors).
