CPE Plastic-bonded Magnetic Granules
HIGA CPE-based plastic-bonded magnetic granules are made by mixing ferrite magnetic powder with chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) through an internal-mixer process. Mainly used in extrusion and calendering to produce strip- and sheet-shaped magnetic products, then magnetized for functional applications such as refrigerator door gaskets, motor magnetic strips and refrigerator magnet sheets; meets TSCA control.
